ZF Hungária Kft. is searching for experienced colleagues to the division of Automatic transmission production for Reporting and Processes in Purchasing position

Feladatok

Responsibilities:

•  Monthly and yearly reporting activities, creation of reports and commenting deviations
•  Deep dive analysis and validation of purchasing KPI
•  Generate and evaluate savings potential
•  Analyse purchasing data and prepare the regular business reviews
•  Roll out, ensurement and further development of standards and transparency of purchasing related processes
•  Monitoring of data quality and implementation of further activities for data quality improvements
•  Support and contact for the implementation of electronic processes for supplier communication
•  Coordinate and arrange divisional Materials Management meetings

Elvárások

Requirements:

•  Degree in business administration/economics
•  Work experience in purchasing and preferable in the area of reporting
•  Excellent MS Office user skills
•  Fluent English language
•  High communication and excellent problem solving skills, well-developed analytical skills
•  Ability to work independently
•  Willingness for travelling required
