Strategic buyer work in Ózd

The Neutrik Hungary member of the Neutrik Group, which develops, designs, manufactures, and globally distributes innovative electrical and electronic interconnect products and systems under the NEUTRIK, REAN and CONTRIK brands. The  Neutrik Group is a global leader in audio, video, power, and data connectors, digital network components, and power distribution and potential equalization systems.

Our company was established in Hungary as a result of a brown field investment in a very short 1-year period at Ózd, in July 2022 the first production lines was implemented, first products transferred and produced. We are in further growth, new production lines and products will be transferred to Hungary.

We are primarily looking for a colleague who, in addition to having strategic sourcing experience, is open to new challenges and wants to be part of a very good atmosphere in a national and due to the nature of the job, an international team! A negotiation level of English is required!

Feladatok

• Strategic purchasing projects such as Make or Buy, benchmarking, etc.
• Assist at delivery problems, escalate delivery problems in cooperation with global category management for direct materials
• Procurement of indirect materials (operating requirements, consumables, investments and services)
• Maintenance of the required master data in the SAP-system
• Direct exchange with main interfaces such as global category mgt, project procurement, production planning and quality mgt
• Monitor price deviations and clarify with suppliers
• Carry out Request for quotations
• Collaborate on customer and supplier complaints and material returns
• Use and integrate synergies of Neutrik subsidiaries worldwide
• Carry out and coordinate supplier evaluations and assessments under consideration of the group demand
• Act according to global category strategy, defined together with global category management
• Internal contacts: strategic purchasing, operational purchasing, production planning, logistics, quality assurance
• External contacts: Suppliers, freight forwarders

Responsibility:

• Supplier management in close cooperation with global category management
• Evaluate, build up and develop new suppliers as defined in the category strategy
• Manage indirect procurement for NHU
• Monitoring of price development
• Tracking of the defined KPIs for NHU

Elvárások

• Technical and commercial education or further education in purchasing
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement
• Good knowledge of eastern Europe supplier market
• Good English skills in spoken and written
• Experienced MS Office skills and SAP knowledge as a plus
• Analytic and economic thinking
• Communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge concerning negotiations
• Procurement according to signature regulation
