ZF Hungária Kft. is searching for experienced colleague for the following position:

Product Manager - Office Software 

Feladatok

• Clarification of customer demands for new solutions
• Plan, introduce, customize, manage and support projects and products for digital office solutions (e.g. Adobe, GIMP, Microsoft products…)
• License management for software products
• Independent processing of 2nd and 3nd level support issues (expert level)
• Contact the user and troubleshooting / resolve the problems remotely
• Administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of digital office solutions
• Documentation of the changes made to the services and functionalities
• Consulting of users in the use and customization of digital office solutions
• Carry out trainings on the use of digital office solutions

Elvárások

• Degree in Information Technology or Economics
• Skills in dealing with Microsoft Office products and related 3rd party tools and software
• Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
• Good didactic / teaching skills
• Sociable
• Independent work
• Negotiation level English language knowledge
• Willingness to travel
